Operations
Dollar-Denominated CPR
Our Dollar-Denominated CPR is an innovative agricultural financing solution. With this structure, rural producers gain access to exclusive financing indexed to the U.S. dollar, providing natural protection against exchange rate fluctuations. Additionally, once settled, the credit can be automatically renewed, ensuring continuity and security for future harvests.
CPR – Rural Producer Certificate
The CPR is a security that allows rural producers (individuals or legal entities) or cooperatives to obtain advance funding to develop crop production. Vetor, with its team of specialists and partnerships with Investment Funds, secures the resources needed to support the producer.
Built to Suit – Rural Producer
This product means “build to order.” The producer (individual or legal entity) commissions the construction of a silo or warehouse, and Vetor, with its team of specialists and partnerships with Investment Funds, secures the necessary resources. The rural producer pays only a small lease amount, thus preserving cash to expand and improve production and productivity.
Sale & Leaseback – Rural Producer
An operation involving the “sale” and “lease” of a farm back to the producer (individual or legal entity). The producer pays small lease installments and, at the end of the contract, may repurchase the property. With cash on hand, the rural producer can invest in expanding and improving production and productivity.
CRA (Agribusiness Receivables Certificate)
A fixed-income security issued by securitization companies with the purpose of financing the agricultural sector. Issuances originate from transactions involving producers, cooperatives or third parties, covering financing or loans intended for production, commercialization, processing or industrialization of agricultural products, inputs, machinery and equipment.
Long-Term Working Capital
Working capital (or current assets) is the amount a company has to cover and maintain its daily operating expenses — resulting from the difference between available cash and outstanding liabilities — whether fixed costs or expenses required for production, commercialization or service provision. Therefore, long-term working capital financing enables healthy financial leverage without constraining short-term cash flow. This type of operation typically has repayment terms ranging from 3 to 10 years.
